Nur Miah Shamshu Miah, a Bangladeshi expat living in Al Ain, has won Dh15 million in the latest Big Ticket Abu Dhabi raffle draw held on Tuesday, September 3.
Upon hearing the news of his win, Miah received a phone call confirming the life-changing event. Overwhelmed with emotion, he struggled to find words to express his joy.
According to a Khaleej Times report, Miah’s winning ticket number was 201918. Alongside his massive win, ten other participants won Dh100,000 each, and a Range Rover Velar worth Dh325,000 was also awarded during the live draw.
Adding a unique twist to the event, Tushar Deshkar, the grand prize winner from August, returned to the stage to pick this month’s winner, creating a memorable moment for Miah’s Dh15-million win.
This month, Big Ticket is offering a guaranteed Dh20 million grand prize. Ticket buyers will also be automatically entered into weekly electronic draws, with a chance for three winners to receive Dh100,000 each. On October 3, ten participants will win Dh100,000 each, and a luxurious Maserati Ghibli worth Dh400,000 will also be up for grabs.
