An airline has introduced an “Only Adult” zone for its flights operating between two countries.
According to reports, Corendon Airlines’ latest initiaitive aims to provide a peaceful space for travelers who prefer a child-free environment, as well as business passengers looking for quietness to work mid-air.
Set to kick off on November 3rd, the inaugural flights from Amsterdan to Curaçao are now open for booking via corendon.com, corendon.nl, and corendon.be.
Positioned in the forward section of the aircraft, the Only Adult zone features nine XL seats with additional legroom and 93 standard seats.
This exclusive area, separated from the main cabin with walls and curtains, promises passengers a calm and relaxed flight experience.
Access to the zone is priced at €45 euros for a one-way trip, while securing an XL seat will cost €100 euros. Only those aged 16 or older can enter this zone.
Atilay Uslu, the mastermind behind Corendon, commented on the initiative, saying, “Our goal is always to cater to the varied preferences of our passengers. Launching the Only Adult zone, a first for a Dutch airline, is our answer to those seeking added peace during their flight.”
