Air France plans to pause its nonstop connection between Paris and Manila for part of 2026, turning the route into a seasonal operation rather than a year-round service.
The adjustment was flagged by Aeroroutes, a platform that monitors airline network and schedule changes. Based on its latest update, the French carrier will not operate the Paris Charles de Gaulle–Manila flights between May 4 and Oct. 12, 2026.
“Air France, in recent schedule update, adjusted service to The Philippines, as Paris Charles de Gaulle – Manila route being converted to seasonal service in 2026. During Northern summer 2026 season, the Skyteam member will not operate the 3 weekly flights between [May 4, 2026 and Oct. 12, 2026],” Aeroroutes reported.
The Paris–Manila link was introduced in December 2024, marking Air France’s return to the Philippine market with a direct service. At present, the airline flies the route three times a week—on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays—according to information published on its official website.
Flights are operated using the Airbus A350-900 aircraft, configured with 34 Business Class seats, 24 Premium Economy seats, and 266 Economy seats.
Air France has not issued a public explanation for the planned suspension. The airline is a founding member of the SkyTeam alliance, which groups major international carriers and collectively operates around 1,500 flights daily worldwide.
