Air Arabia, a leading low-cost carrier based in Sharjah, has unveiled its new flight route to Giza City in Egypt, further expanding its connectivity in the region. The airline confirmed the addition on Friday.
Starting December 6, passengers can avail five weekly non-stop flights connecting Sharjah International Airport (SHJ) with Sphinx International Airport (SPX) in Giza. Notably, SPX is strategically situated on the western flank of Cairo.
With this addition, Giza becomes Air Arabia’s fourth destination in Egypt from Sharjah, joining the ranks of Cairo, Borg Al-Arab, and Sohag.
Adel Al Ali, CEO of Air Arabia Group, remarked, “The inauguration of our SHJ to SPX route reinforces our commitment to offering our customers unparalleled convenience, seamless connectivity, and an enriched air travel experience.”
For those eager to book, reservations are now open. Flights will operate on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Bookings can be made via Air Arabia’s official website, its call centre, or through affiliated travel agencies.
