AED 7 dim sums? This Dubai restaurant is making it happen

Dubai foodies, mark your calendars—China Bistro is back with a delicious reason to celebrate. The bold, retro-style Pan-Asian restaurant that launched in the UAE in 2021 is opening its seventh outlet at Silicon Central Mall, and it’s bringing a massive offer to the table: seven signature dishes for just AED 7 each, available for seven days straight starting June 16.

From dim sum to dynamite maki, diners can indulge in bestsellers like Chicken Basil Dumplings (originally AED 42), Dynamite Prawn Maki (AED 60), and Wok-Tossed Hakka Noodles (AED 43) at a fraction of the price. Other highlights include the fiery South Asian Chilli Chicken, Classic Fried Rice, Eight Treasures Soup, and San Choy Bao. Each day of the week will spotlight a different dish—an unbeatable deal for fans of Pan-Asian cuisine.

The Silicon Central Mall branch marks a milestone for China Bistro, being its first location within a shopping center and the seventh outlet overall in the UAE. With space for 96 guests across 3,000 sq. ft., the new restaurant draws design inspiration from Asia’s cultural icons, especially the Terracotta Warriors, incorporating warm colors, curated art, and textured layers for a cozy yet stylish dining ambiance.

Sanjay Vazirani, CEO of Foodlink Group, the brand’s parent company, expressed gratitude for the brand’s continued success in Dubai. “China Bistro is a brand that redefined retro-Chinese cuisine, making it a favorite among Asian food lovers in both India and Dubai,” he said. “The love we receive from our customers is a true reflection of our team’s passion and hard work. The launch of our 7th outlet—and our first inside a mall—marks an exciting new chapter.”

Navin Chauhan, President of Foodlink Restaurants Division, also emphasized the restaurant’s distinctive identity in a city full of Pan-Asian options. “Dubai is home to a discerning, globally exposed audience that appreciates authenticity and innovation. China Bistro stands apart with a thoughtfully curated menu that blends wholesome flavours with timeless techniques,” he said. “We’re excited to welcome guests to a refreshed dining experience—where the addition of our signature Robata grill and an expanded selection of dishes reflect our ongoing commitment to culinary excellence and elevated hospitality.”

Founded in Mumbai and influenced by the flavors of Chinese street hawkers in Kolkata, China Bistro offers a bold menu that combines Chinese, Thai, Malaysian, and Singaporean influences. With locations already thriving in Al Barsha, Karama, Studio City, Business Bay, Discovery Gardens, and Sharjah, the newest addition in Silicon Oasis solidifies the brand’s place as a favorite destination for comfort food packed with bold, Pan-Asian flavors.

If you’ve ever needed a reason to splurge on dim sum and sushi, this is it—because AED 7 never tasted so good.
