Due to overwhelming demand, an extra show has been scheduled for the critically acclaimed musical “Chicago” at Etihad Arena, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. The additional performance will take place on 18 September 2024 at 8 PM, offering more opportunities for audiences to witness the longest-running American musical in Broadway history. The musical will be running from 15 to 22 September 2024.
The international tour cast of “Chicago” includes:
- Sarah Soetaert as Roxie Hart: Soetaert reprises her role from London’s West End and various tours. She has also starred in “The Glenn Miller Story” and “The Sound of Music.”
- Michelle Antrobus as Velma Kelly: Antrobus previously played Velma Kelly in Japan and has performed in “West Side Story” and “Batman Live.”
- Ian Kelsey as Billy Flynn: Kelsey returns to the role he played in London’s West End and on the China tour. His credits include “Legally Blonde” and “Grease.”
- Linda John Pierre as Mama Morton: John Pierre reprises her role from RCCL and has appeared in “Mamma Mia! The Party” and “Aladdin.”
- Todd Talbot as Amos Hart: Talbot’s other theater credits include “Cats,” “An American in Paris,” and “Sinatra.”
