In what is now hailed as one of the most successful concerts ever held at the Coca-Cola Arena, TJ Monterde’s Sarili Nating Mundo World Tour stop in Dubai on July 13, 2025, was nothing short of historic. From breaking ticket sales records to delivering a heart-stirring musical journey, the show has etched itself into the city’s live music legacy.
Organized by D&R Events and directed by John Prats, the concert was a full-house celebration of Original Pilipino Music (OPM), with every ticket sold weeks before the event. “On the first 24 hours alone, we had already sold over 4,000 tickets,” shared Mr. Rami Hajjar and Ms. Donna Hajjar of D&R Events. “It wasn’t easy to fill the venue—it’s one of the largest indoor venues in the Middle East—but we managed to sell out 100% of tickets. We’re just thankful for all the love and support.”
The Coca-Cola Arena management echoed this sentiment, stating, “It was one of the most successful concerts ever held in Coca-Cola Arena. We awarded them with a Sold-out Plaque for the immense success of this event. We are extremely proud and happy for the entire team behind the Sarili Nating Mundo concert.”
From the moment TJ Monterde stepped on stage, the atmosphere was electric. He serenaded the audience with his signature hits like “Tulad Mo,” “Dating Tayo,” “Ikaw at Ako,” and “Palagi.” The emotional arc of the show was further elevated with a surprise duet with his wife, KZ Tandingan, who drew roaring cheers from the crowd.
