The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) has announced a series of scheduled electrical maintenance activities at NAIA Terminals 1 and 2, the International Cargo Terminal, MIAA Admin Building, and the airfield, starting on February 6 and continuing until March 7.
While some minimal disruptions are expected in certain areas, MIAA management assures the public that critical systems used for passenger processing will remain fully operational. Furthermore, the MIAA anticipates no significant impact on flight operations during this period.
“MIAA has taken a proactive approach by meeting all stakeholders to inform them about the maintenance schedules. A prior meeting with MIAA’s service provider and Meralco led to a unified strategy to ensure uninterrupted flight and passenger movement during the subject period,” it wrote in a social media post.
