BI blocks entry of three American sex offenders into the Philippines

The Bureau of Immigration (BI) of the Philippines has successfully barred three American nationals, identified as registered sex offenders, from entering the country. In a statement released on Saturday, the BI disclosed that these individuals were intercepted at two major international airports in the Philippines this month.

The individuals, identified as Rolando Camama, 73, Kenneth Ray Miller, 56, and Kenneth Anthony Mulford, 79, were turned away upon their arrival at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) and Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA). Camama and Miller were stopped at NAIA, while Mulford was denied entry at MCIA.

The BI’s action followed notifications from the US government, tagging these individuals as registered sex offenders. According to the BI, these persons “were immediately sent back on board the next flight back to their country of origin and are included in the BI’s blacklist of unwanted aliens.”
