Residents juggling penalties from several government bodies now have a consolidated option. Digital Dubai has rolled out a “pay all fines” service inside the DubaiNow app, letting users clear eligible fines tied to their Emirates ID without hopping between separate portals.
The feature pulls together traffic tickets, parking penalties, Salik charges and other qualifying government fines into a single view. Because everything links to a user’s Emirates ID, there is no requirement to key in a vehicle registration number to surface what is owed.
Getting started requires downloading DubaiNow, available on both iOS and Android. Account setup asks for details including full name, date of birth, Emirates ID number, nationality, mobile number and email address. Anyone already holding a UAE Pass account can bypass the separate registration and log in directly.
After signing in, users select the “pay all fines” option from the home screen. The app then lists eligible fines automatically, showing how many are outstanding, what category each falls under and the combined sum due. Payment can be completed through a debit card, credit card or digital wallet, with an in-app confirmation appearing once the transaction clears.
DubaiNow serves as the Dubai Government’s official smart application, offering more than 320 services drawn from over 50 government and private-sector entities. Residents and visitors already use it to pay utility bills, top up Salik balances, renew permits and handle residency matters, among other transactions.
Settling penalties promptly carries practical stakes beyond convenience. Unpaid fines can accumulate extra fees, hold up vehicle registration renewals, and trigger restrictions on certain government dealings for residents who leave them unaddressed.
