Residents of Ajman can now enjoy a seamless and affordable journey to Dubai’s Global Village, thanks to the new bus service launched on December 1 by the Ajman Transport Authority and Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). This development marks a significant boost to inter-emirate connectivity and provides an economical travel option for those looking to experience the vibrant cultural and entertainment offerings of Global Village in its 28th season.
Key Details of the Service:
Route: The bus service connects the Musalla Bus Station in Ajman, located on Sheikh Abdullah Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi Street, directly to Global Village in Dubai.
Fare: A single journey costs Dh25, payable in cash or via the ‘Masaar Card’ – Ajman’s smart card system for public bus fares.
Frequency: The service operates daily, accommodating both weekday and weekend travelers.
Timings:
Weekdays (Monday to Friday): Buses depart from Musalla Bus Station at 2.15pm, arriving at Global Village by 3.45pm.
Weekends (Saturday and Sunday): Additional services at 5.15pm, reaching Global Village at 6.45pm.
Expanded Services:
This new route complements existing bus services to Global Village from other emirates, including Ras Al Khaimah. RAKTA operates buses to Global Village every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with a fare of Dh30 per trip.

For residents within Dubai, RTA offers dedicated bus routes to Global Village:
Routes 102, 103, 104, 106, and 107 from various stations across the city, with buses departing every 60 minutes.
Operational hours extend from 2pm to 1.30am on weekdays and until 2.30am on weekends.
