OWWA seeks graphic designer for Pasay City post, offers P32,400 monthly pay

The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration is looking for a graphic designer to join its Advocacy and Social Marketing Division, offering a monthly salary of P32,400 for the job order position.

The opening is based at the OWWA Center Building along FB Harrison corner 7th Street in Pasay City, where the successful applicant will work under the division’s Officer-in-Charge, Atty. Anna Patricia P. Jacobo.

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in Communication, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field, with proven coursework or training in social marketing, advocacy, or public relations. The agency also requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign — along with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and impactful design work.

Candidates must further show an understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain visual consistency across platforms, as well as the capacity to collaborate with writers and marketing teams.
