The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai is reminding clients to strictly adhere to their scheduled appointment times and arrive with complete documentation to expedite consular services.
In an advisory, the Consulate General said that clients must come on the exact date and time of their booked appointments and arrive only 10 to 15 minutes early. The guidance aims to maintain organized and efficient service delivery across the mission.
“Clients with booked appointment slots must come on the date and time of their appointments, and arrive only 10-15 minutes before their schedule to allow them to be served on time,” the Consulate said. “Coming to the Consulate General too early ahead of schedule can disrupt the smooth flow of services to the clients for that specific time slot and may cause a longer waiting time to be served.”
The mission emphasized that punctuality and timeliness reflect professionalism and mutual respect among clients seeking consular assistance. “Coming on the specific day and time indicated on your appointment shows professionalism and respect, not only for your time but for the time of your fellow Filipinos and that of other consular clients,” the advisory stated.
The Consulate General said it is continuously assessing and improving its service delivery, particularly in how it accommodates clients in an orderly manner. Clients are urged to complete their documentary requirements before their scheduled appointments to avoid delays.
The Consulate General called for cooperation from clients in maintaining order so the mission can serve everyone effectively. “Let us help each other in maintaining order so we can assist everyone in the best way possible,” it said.
