The meeting is scheduled to take place at the Sheikh Maktoum Hall, Dubai World Trade Center, on the 29th of November, 2023, from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.

It’s imperative to bring the QR code and a valid passport on the day of the meeting for verification.
Attendees are advised to arrive early at the venue for security checks, as gates will open at 3:00 P.M. and close promptly at 4:30 P.M.
The consulate has also issued a set of guidelines to ensure the event’s security and decorum. Large bags, selfie sticks, umbrellas, and other items such as posters, banners, placards, and streamers are prohibited inside the venue. In terms of attire, the consulate suggests Filipiniana or smart casual dress code to honor the occasion.
