A new weekly dining concept is taking shape at one of Deira’s most established Japanese restaurants.
Minato, located at the Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek, launches “Enter the Dragon” every Friday starting 24 April, running from 6pm to 11pm. The event merges Japanese and Chinese flavours in a single sitting, anchored by live cooking stations, a sushi show, and a DJ set.
The live stations will serve beef, chicken, shrimp, squid, and fish prepared to order, while a dedicated sushi show features California rolls, ebi tempura, and vegetable maki. Pass-around bites circulated throughout the evening include salmon croquettes, dim sum, ramen, BBQ chicken, tempura, and Japanese takoyaki.
Three pricing tiers are available: AED 109 for food only, AED 149 for food with two complimentary beverages, and AED 199 for food with two hours of selected unlimited alcoholic beverages.
