Children under 13 are still getting in at no charge, but adult visitors holding Emirates IDs will now pay a discounted rate after Dubai Miracle Garden scrapped its free entry promotion effective March 21.
The garden cited unexpectedly high foot traffic as the reason behind the change. “The free entry offer has been withdrawn due to high visitor turnout,” a park official said, adding that crowd control and visitor safety were the primary considerations.
UAE residents can purchase tickets at Dh52.50, VAT included, upon presentation of a valid Emirates ID — a reduction from the standard resident rate of Dh73.50. The discounted pricing covers the remainder of the season through March 31, which coincides with the Eid holiday period.
The free entry policy for children aged 12 and below remains unchanged for the rest of the season.
