The UAE Ministry of Economy and Tourism has pushed back against reports spreading across social media platforms, dismissing as inaccurate the claims that the country is placing limits on how foreign investors move or manage their money.
In its statement, the ministry pointed to the UAE’s longstanding position on economic openness and the unrestricted flow of capital, noting that existing policies align with international standards and are designed to keep the country’s investment climate stable and competitive.
The ministry also called on both the public and media organizations to verify information through official government channels before publishing or sharing it.
