Vice President Sara Duterte submitted her response to the impeachment cases filed against her before the House Committee on Justice on Monday afternoon, according to Bicol Saro Party-List Rep. Terry Ridon.
The consolidated Answer Ad Cautelam was received by the committee at 4:30 p.m., Ridon said.
The filing came hours after Duterte declined to say whether she intended to respond to the complaints. She had been given 10 days to submit an answer to the impeachment cases.
