Emirates Airlines expects to restart operations on a reduced basis from 10:00hrs Dubai local time Monday, following a disruption that has already forced the cancellation of a portion of the day’s scheduled flights.
Passengers whose flights were scrapped will receive a cancellation notice, along with information on how they can be reaccommodated.
Before traveling to the airport, the airline is urging all customers to verify their flight status at emirates.com, as not all services will be restored immediately.
Those needing to amend or rebook can do so through the Manage Booking feature on the Emirates website or mobile app, provided the change is made within 72 hours of the original departure time. Passengers whose departure is more than 72 hours away and who booked directly with Emirates should reach out to the airline. Those who went through a travel agent are being directed to contact their agent for rebooking assistance.
