The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration is accepting applications for 130 contract-of-service positions spread across two of its frontline units, with slots available at both the Repatriation and Assistance Division and the 24/7 Operations Center.
The Repatriation and Assistance Division is taking in the larger share, with 80 vacant slots, while the Operations Center is filling 50. Both postings carry a monthly salary of PHP 18,070 and run for six months under contract-of-service arrangements — a common short-term engagement setup in Philippine government agencies that does not confer regular employment status.
The minimum educational requirement for both positions is senior high school completion, making the openings accessible to a broad applicant pool.
Applications for the Repatriation and Assistance Division should be addressed to Dr. Amelito S. Adel, Officer-in-Charge of that division, while those applying to the Operations Center must direct their documents to Atty. Sherilyn G. Malonzo, who serves as Director II of the unit. Both offices are located at the OWWA Center Building along FB Harrison corner 7th Street in Pasay City.
Applicants must submit an application letter alongside an updated Personal Data Sheet, sent via email to careersjo@owwa.gov.ph. OWWA has reminded prospective applicants to specify in their email which division they are applying for.
The two divisions being staffed are among OWWA’s most operationally intensive units. The Repatriation and Assistance Division handles the processing and welfare support of OFWs returning under distress, while the 24/7 Operations Center manages round-the-clock coordination for worker concerns and emergency response.
