The World Rising Stars 2026 was successfully held in Tbilisi, Georgia, from January 8–13, 2026, bringing together outstanding young talents from around the world in a grand international celebration of beauty, talent, and fashion.
Six talented delegates from United Arab Emirates—five Filipinos and one Sri Lankan— proudly showcased their skills in talent performance and modeling, earning major international awards including crowns, sashes, and citations. Accompanying the delegation was their National Director, Mr. Elipas Sibua, who was also honored during the event with the prestigious title of Best International Jury, recognizing his expertise and significant contribution to the competition.
World Rising Stars (WRS) is owned and organized by renowned Georgian fashion icon Ekaterine Mgaloblishvili, Founder and Director of Katrini Model Agency. With nearly eight years of international presence, and as part of major fashion platforms such as Milan Fashion Week, Paris Fashion Week, Dubai Fashion Week, and many more, WRS has made a significant global impact through its international beauty, talent, and fashion competitions. The organization promotes cultural exchange, friendship, and global unity, welcoming models, designers, national directors, and journalists from over 30 countries to Georgia for its grand final events.

During the awarding ceremonies, Mr. Elipas Sibua expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Ekaterine Mgaloblishvili and the World Rising Stars organization for their trust and continued support. He also acknowledged the parents of the delegates for their unwavering encouragement throughout the competition.
Special appreciation was extended to the designers, whose creativity helped the delegates shine from the first day until the final event, as well as to the makeup artists and stylists. Mr. Sibua also highlighted the invaluable contribution of Brian Espina, mentor, stylist, and makeup artist, who played a vital role behind the scenes in the success of the delegation.
