The Department of Migrant Workers will bring another round of on-site government services to Filipino workers in the UAE when the third leg of the “Bagong Bayani ng Mundo: OFW Serbisyo Caravan” takes place in Dubai this January.
The two-day activity is scheduled on January 10 and 11, 2026, running daily from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Grand Ballroom on the second floor of Conrad Hotel Dubai. The caravan follows earlier editions held in Dubai in August 2025 and in the Northern Emirates in November 2025, both organized as inter-agency service missions for overseas Filipinos.
The initiative is being conducted by the Department of Migrant Workers through the Migrant Workers Office – Dubai and the Northern Emirates, in coordination with the Philippine Consulate General – Dubai.
Multiple Philippine government offices are set to deploy service desks during the caravan, including the Office of the President, Overseas Workers Welfare Administration, Social Security System, Pag-IBIG Fund, Department of Information and Communications Technology, Department of Social Welfare and Development, Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, and the Land Transportation Office.
Filipinos who wish to avail themselves of the services are required to secure a slot by registering online ahead of the event. Pre-registration is available through http://tinyurl.com/SerbisyoCaravan3, where participating agencies outside the Migrant Workers Office maintain their own embedded registration forms.
