Filipinos can now conveniently view civil registry documents online, including birth, marriage, and death certificates, as well as CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage) and CENODEATH records.
According to the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), applicants no longer need to visit its main office to obtain printed copies. Instead, they can request the documents online through the PSA Serbilis website, fill out the application form, and pay the fees at the nearest PSA Civil Registry System (CRS) outlet. The cost is ₱130 for birth, marriage, and death certificates, and ₱185 for CENOMAR and CENODEATH. Payments must be made in person by the document owner or, in the case of death records, by the deceased’s next of kin.
After payment, a unique code will be issued to access the digital copies. PSA clarified that these online files are for viewing purposes only. For printed copies, applicants can either request home delivery for an additional fee or use the DocPrint add-on service to print directly at any PSA CRS outlet nationwide.
The initiative is part of the PSA’s Civil Registry System – Information Technology Project Phase II, aimed at making essential documents easier to access, especially for Filipinos in remote areas.
More details are available on the official PSA website.
