But Dr. Chan’s accomplishments go far beyond business titles. As a senior educator, he has personally trained numerous medical doctors — sharing both his clinical expertise and his strategic mindset. His own academic journey includes certificates from Oxford University and the London School of Economics, a Master’s in Health Management from the University of New England in Australia, and a Bachelor’s in Law from the China University of Political Science and Law.
On the medical side, he is a fully registered UK Medical Doctor with the General Medical Council and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (USA), as well as President of the Macau Society of Hematology and Oncology.
