Dubai Airports has unveiled a new digital pickup solution at Dubai International (DXB) Terminal 3, aiming to modernize the airport welcome experience. The DXB Greet & Go service replaces the traditional paging system with a smarter, tech-driven approach for guests booked through hotels, tour operators, or limousine services.
Upon arrival, passengers can simply scan a QR code at designated kiosks in the Terminal 3 Arrivals area. This provides instant access to details about their assigned driver and vehicle, including parking location and registration number. Multilingual staff are also on hand to assist travelers directly to their rides, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free exit.
“DXB Greet & Go is part of our continued efforts to make every step of the journey at DXB more efficient and enjoyable,” said Essa Al Shamsi, Senior Vice President of Terminal Operations at Dubai Airports. He added that the new system helps improve operational flow while offering guests a more personalized welcome.
Available exclusively to licensed Dubai-based hotels, tour operators, and transport providers, the system enhances guest coordination while easing congestion in one of the world’s busiest airports. Providers can pre-register their drivers on the platform and send guests a unique QR code before arrival.
