Following the strong initial response to its newly launched Online Employment Contract Verification System, the Migrant Workers Office (MWO) in Dubai has issued several important reminders to help Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) complete their applications without delays.
With the submission limit already reached for the first two days of the pilot launch, MWO Dubai thanked the Filipino community for their support and assured them that improvements are underway. “We have noted all your feedback and are working tirelessly to improve your experience,” the office stated.
To ensure smooth processing, OFWs are urged to submit only one application, as duplicates can cause delays. After paying the verification fee, applicants must also complete the eKYC (electronic Know-Your-Customer) process; failure to do so means the application remains incomplete.
Applications are processed within three working days from submission, provided payment is made on time. Those who applied on the launch day can now track the status of their application through the portal.
MWO Dubai also advised all applicants to carefully read the submission guide and checklist at www.mwodubai.org/online-contract-verification to avoid errors that may hinder verification.
