MWO Dubai sets new verification fees for agency-processed contracts starting July 1

The Migrant Workers Office (MWO) in Dubai has released an advisory clarifying new verification fees for employment contracts and labor-related documents, set to take effect on July 1, 2025.

According to MWO Dubai Advisory No. 12-A, issued on June 26, 2025, the updated verification fees apply to documents chargeable against employers or foreign recruitment/manning agencies. These include the processing of contracts for domestic workers (such as those hired through TADBEER), cleaners, other vulnerable worker groups, direct hires, re-hires, agency hires, job orders, and accreditations.

Starting July 1, the new fee will be USD 40.00 or AED 150.00 per document.

However, the advisory emphasized that the verification fees for individual employment contracts of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) who changed their status or employer onsite will remain unchanged at USD 10.00 or AED 40.00.
