New tower in Dubai offers private lifts for each apartment

Damac Properties, the leading private developer in Dubai, has announced its latest architectural marvel in the Al Sufouh district – a tower that promises both a luxurious holiday feel and the convenience of a private lift for each apartment.

Drawing design cues from the serene lotus flower, the highlight of Damac Casa is the “Flying Island”, a picturesque oasis surrounded by water. The apartments will boast circular terraces, offering residents a breathtaking 270-degree view of the surrounding water.

In addition to the scenic beauty, the tower is set to have oasis-themed relaxation spots. Notably, the pools within will metamorphose into lush island oases ringed with verdant greenery.

For diving enthusiasts, Damac introduces a first-of-its-kind feature in Dubai: a scuba simulator. With this, residents can virtually explore underwater environments, from the Red Sea and the Indian Ocean to the otherworldly depths of outer space. Complementing these are palm gardens, adding a tropical touch.

A unique feature for the younger residents is the aqua art corner in the kids’ play area. Children can engage their imagination, creating water-inspired art, which will later be showcased on digital screens within the tower’s lobby.

The tower’s public spaces will have an underwater theme, immersing residents in a deep-sea experience. This ambiance will extend to walkways, which will have an indoor beach feel.

Prospective residents have a range of choices, from 1 to 5-bedroom apartments. Each of these luxurious units not only comes with its own private lift but also a private pool exuding an oasis ambiance.

Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president at Damac, shared, “This tower is a testament to our commitment to offering unique and opulent experiences. It embodies the very essence of our brand and values, carefully crafted after years of insights and feedback from our esteemed community.”
