Dubai Airports announced that it has resumed operations at full capacity following a temporary suspension brought on by heightened regional tensions. While flights are once again taking off and landing, officials warned that some services may still face delays or cancellations.
In a statement posted on social media, the airport authority assured travelers that “the safety and comfort of all passengers and flight crews remains its top priority.” Dubai Airports also confirmed that it is closely coordinating with airlines to maintain approved flight schedules.
The recent disruption comes amid widespread airspace closures across the Middle East, triggered by escalating conflict and missile strikes, including Iran’s attack on the U.S. airbase in Qatar. These developments forced numerous flights to be rerouted or grounded, with Dubai—one of the world’s busiest aviation hubs—temporarily halting operations.
