A towering chill has arrived in Dubai just in time for the sweltering summer—Alba Restaurant has launched the UAE’s largest Kakigori, offering a dramatic twist on the beloved Japanese shaved ice dessert.
Nestled in the stylish Dubai Opera District, Alba’s version of Kakigori is anything but ordinary. Made with ultra-fine, snow-like ice and drizzled with rich syrups and condensed milk, the dessert is designed to be a refreshing escape from the soaring temperatures.
The massive serving, ideal for 2 to 3 people, is available upon request, with a smaller solo-sized option also on the menu. Diners can choose from three distinct flavors: the tropical fusion of mango and coconut cream in Tropical Breeze, the earthy-meets-fruity Matcha Garden with matcha, watermelon, and strawberry, or the indulgent Caramel Mist featuring dulce de leche and crumble.
This icy spectacle is available daily, priced at AED 90 for the large version and AED 45 for the single portion. Alba Restaurant is open from 4 PM to 1 AM on weekdays and from 12 PM on weekends—offering a sweet retreat for those seeking to beat the Dubai heat in style.
