Filipino writers and creatives in Al Khobar came together for an afternoon of storytelling, caffeine, and community at the Brew & Write: A Coffee-Fueled Writers’ Workshop, organized by Happy Sandscapes at Core Coffee & Roastery.
Held as part of the group’s Creative Circles series, the free event welcomed participants of all writing backgrounds—from beginners testing the waters to seasoned authors eager to share their craft. The session focused on travel-inspired themes and featured writing prompts, peer feedback, and open discussion in a relaxed café setting.
“This isn’t just about writing—it’s about connecting, learning, and expressing our shared experiences as Filipinos abroad,” the organizers emphasized.
