A Filipino worker who recently returned to the Philippines after facing serious challenges overseas has received immediate financial assistance from the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), under the leadership of Administrator Arnel “PY” Caunan.
The repatriated OFW, whose identity was not disclosed for privacy, endured a difficult experience while working abroad. Upon returning home, OWWA stepped in to offer timely support—one of the agency’s continuing efforts to ensure no overseas Filipino is left behind in times of crisis.
