The Aster Guardians Global Nursing Award 2025 has extended its nomination deadline to March 9, 2025, giving nurses worldwide more time to submit their entries. Organized by Aster DM Healthcare, the annual award honors the vital contributions of nurses across the globe.
Now in its fourth year, the award has already attracted over 100,000 registrations from nurses in more than 200 countries, surpassing previous records. Nominations can be submitted through the official website, www.asterguardians.com.
Following successful events in Dubai, London, and India, the 2024 edition crowned Filipina nurse Maria Victoria Juan as the winner. Using her prize, Maria launched the #BeOneMovement, which includes the Barangay Lifesaver Program and Nursing the Environment—both aimed at improving public health and promoting environmental care.
“Nurses are the backbone of healthcare,” said Dr. Azad Moopen, Founder and Chairman of Aster DM Healthcare. “Through this award, we celebrate their dedication and the lasting difference they make in people’s lives.”
Nurses from regions including the Middle East, Africa, the Americas, Europe, and the Indian subcontinent have already begun submitting their nominations for the upcoming edition.
