Delim, originally from the Cordillera Region in the Philippines, has spent decades in Dubai building a legacy of service. She is best known as the owner of the Nabd Emirates Labour Assistance Service Center, through which she has helped countless Filipinos and other nationalities secure stable employment in the UAE. Her commitment to the community and her passion for uplifting others have earned her the deep respect of those around her.
