This initiative provides essential support to OFWs facing medical issues, labor disputes, and other urgent concerns.

Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) Undersecretary Felicitas Q. Bay and MWO Qatar Labor Attaché Eduard C. Ferrer personally handed over the assistance, emphasizing the Philippine government’s commitment to the welfare of OFWs.

Bay highlighted that the AKSYON Fund serves as a lifeline for OFWs, ensuring they receive the necessary aid during difficult times. The program covers legal and medical assistance, financial aid, repatriation, and emergency support.
