The Tapa King Basketball League officially kicked off on February 11, 2025, at Al Rigga, Dubai, blending basketball with Filipino culture in a lively community gathering.
The event featured young ambassadors representing each team, adding excitement and energy as they showcased their talents before the league’s official games began. Their performances set the stage for a day filled with sportsmanship and unity.
Spearheading the event was Tapa King’s Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Melodina Isaguirre, alongside key executives Julius Magallanes, Vice President for International Affairs, and Joseph Vasquez, Director of Sales. Their leadership played a vital role in organizing the successful launch of the league.
Supporting the event’s execution were UAE Franchisee Deen Sadiq and Operations Manager Mohamed El Kafrawy, ensuring a seamless and well-coordinated experience for all participants and spectators.
