Dubai’s iconic Dubai Fountain, the world’s largest performing fountain, is set to undergo a major upgrade, prompting its temporary closure starting in May. Emaar announced that the renovation process will take approximately five months, focusing on enhancing the fountain’s technology, choreography, and sound and lighting systems.
For years, the Dubai Fountain has mesmerized millions with its synchronized water, music, and light shows, becoming a symbol of celebration at Downtown Dubai. The planned improvements aim to elevate the spectacle further, ensuring even more immersive and breathtaking performances upon its reopening.
Despite the temporary closure, visitors can still enjoy Downtown Dubai’s attractions, including Dubai Mall and the stunning views of Burj Khalifa. Emaar assures that the upgraded fountain will deliver an even more captivating experience, reinforcing its status as one of the city’s most beloved landmarks.
