The Filipino community in Saudi Arabia recently celebrated the grand finale of the Mister International Philippines FilCom KSA 2024 pageant. Held on November 15, 2024, at the Panorama Banquet Hall in Riyadh, the event showcased the talent, charisma, and cultural pride of 28 contestants representing various regions.
Anecito Guillena Jr. was awarded the prestigious title of Mister International Philippines FilCom KSA 2024, marking a significant achievement in the event’s history. Other notable winners included Danilo Subagan Jr., who secured the Mister International Philippines FilCom Riyadh 2024 title, and Nick Hufancia Awa II, crowned Mr. Universe FilCom KSA. Alfredo Bascones Jr. earned the Mister Asia Pacific FilCom KSA title, while Richard Yussef Poblete was named Ginoong Pilipinas FilCom KSA. Janus Clemente took home the title of Rajah Pilipino FilCom KSA.
The competition also saw Bimbo Tekay Sapalon and Jeffrey Gamoso taking first and second runner-up positions, respectively. Organized under the leadership of National Director Carl Alfred Lagana and President-CEO Habibi Julia, the event was not only a display of individual excellence but a celebration of community unity and passion.
Leading up to the grand coronation night, an online voting platform allowed supporters to vote for their favorite contestants, with the People’s Choice Award winner earning a spot in the top 15. Voting ran from August 5 to November 15, creating a buzz among community members.
Habibi Julia, President-CEO of the event, expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the winners, stating, “You are the embodiment of grace, determination, and inspiration. Wear your crowns with pride and purpose as you represent our community on a grander stage. To everyone who brought their energy, talent, and heart—YOU made this unforgettable.
