The UAE will see a notable drop in temperatures this November, with forecasts indicating a decrease of 4 to 6 degrees Celsius compared to October. According to a report by Gulf News, which cites the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), this shift is due to the sun’s apparent movement southward, leading to cooler days and nights.
Daytime temperatures are expected to range between 29°C and 32°C, while nighttime lows will dip to around 19°C to 21°C. As November progresses, the Siberian high-pressure system will gradually extend over the region, especially during the latter half of the month, further cooling mountainous and interior areas, particularly at night.
Winds will shift from southeasterly in the mornings to westerly and northwesterly later in the day, with occasional gusts expected along the coast. Increased humidity during early mornings may lead to fog or mist, particularly in coastal areas, as moderate air masses move over the Arabian Gulf toward the UAE.
Though typically a dry month, November could bring sporadic rain, especially in mountainous areas, with the possibility of thunderstorms accompanied by strong winds and dust storms. As temperatures become more comfortable, residents are encouraged to enjoy outdoor activities but to stay aware of weather updates and take precautions during rain or dust events.
