Plekhanov University Dubai officially launched very recently, marking its entry into the UAE’s higher education sector with a grand opening ceremony. The event was attended by notable dignitaries, including Ahmet Almehdar from the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), Russian Ambassador Timur Fatehovich Zabirov, and key representatives from the Tecom Group. Grigory Pavlovich Velikikh, Deputy Director of the Roscongress Foundation, and Svetlana Magometovna Malkarova, Chairperson of Plekhanov Russian University in Dubai, were also present. Her Highness Sheikha Maryam Bint Mohammed, CEO of Private Office, graced the occasion.
