Ticketmaster has issued essential guidelines for fans who have secured tickets to Coldplay’s much-anticipated concerts in Abu Dhabi in January 2025. The British band will be performing at Zayed Sports City Stadium on January 9, 11, 12, and 14 as part of their “Music of the Spheres” World Tour.
One of the key updates from Ticketmaster is that the event will be entirely paperless. “This is a mobile ticket-only event,” the message emphasized. “Your phone is your ticket.” Fans are required to download the Ticketmaster app via the App Store or Google Play to access their tickets, which will become available 72 hours before the event. For those who cannot access the app, tickets can also be retrieved through a web browser.
To ensure a smooth experience, fans are asked to link their phone number with their Ticketmaster account. “To enhance your security and ensure your ability to access your tickets quickly, you need to link your phone number with your Ticketmaster account before going to the venue,” Ticketmaster advised. Fans may also be prompted to update their passwords.
Another key feature highlighted is the ease of ticket transfers. Fans who purchase tickets for friends can easily transfer them via the app. “Mobile tickets let you transfer directly to your group, so you can relax and head into the venue completely stress-free,” Ticketmaster reassured.
Mobile tickets not only make entry more efficient but are also eco-friendly. “The trees will thank you,” the message added, encouraging a green initiative by eliminating the need for paper tickets.
Coldplay fans can look forward to an electrifying show featuring hit songs like “Fix You,” “Viva La Vida,” and “A Sky Full of Stars,” along with tracks from their latest album Moon Music. The concerts will also feature their famous light-up wristbands and dazzling visual effects.
