Loudette Bautista, the daughter of Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. and Congresswoman Lani Mercado, has officially become a medical doctor after passing the 2024 Physician Licensure Examination.
The actor-politician proudly shared the news on social media, celebrating his daughter’s accomplishment and expressing his gratitude. “Congratulations to our Dra. Loudette for passing the 2024 Physician Licensure Board Exams! You’re a certified doctor now,” Revilla posted on Facebook, adding that she has brought “pride and honor” to their family.
Loudette completed her pre-med education at Ateneo de Manila University and earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center (UERMMMC). She is the first doctor in the predominantly political and entertainment-centered Revilla family.
In his message, Revilla also acknowledged how his daughter fulfilled his long-held dream of having a doctor in the family. “Thanks for fulfilling Daddy’s dream… It’s a great honor and pleasure Dr. Loudette has brought to the Revillas,” he said.
This achievement follows another milestone in the family, as Loudette’s sister, Atty. Inah Bautista-del Rosario, passed the bar exams last year.
