A jewellery-making workshop was conducted at the Migrant Workers Office (MWO) in Dubai and the Northern Emirates on October 12, 2024. Organized in collaboration with the Filipino Social Club (FilSoc) and the Kasambahay Club, the event aimed to provide reintegration skills training for the members of the Kasambahay Club.
Ms. Cecilia Leoparte, a board member of FilSoc, led the workshop, guiding participants through the process of jewellery making. The initiative is designed to offer Kasambahays an alternative source of income, either while working abroad or upon their return to the Philippines.
