The Philippine Olympic Committee has announced that double Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo will be awarded two houses and lots in Tagaytay City following his remarkable performance at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Yulo made history by winning two gold medals in gymnastics, becoming the first Filipino to achieve this feat. He secured his first gold in the men’s floor exercise with a score of 15.000 and went on to win a second gold in the men’s vault with an average score of 15.116.
In addition to Yulo’s rewards, boxers Nesthy Petecio and Aira Villegas will each receive brand-new bungalows in recognition of their contributions to Philippine sports.
