Josh Cullen gets personal in new solo single ‘Silent Cries’

Josh Cullen, a member of SB19, opens up in his new pop-rock solo single, “Silent Cries,” exploring themes of feeling trapped in a negative cycle. The song touches on the struggles of being lost but not wanting to be found, with lyrics like “been drowning in the dark, wish I could find the light through silent cries.”

“Silent Cries” is the lead single from Josh Cullen’s upcoming debut solo album, “Lost & Found,” set to release on September 6. Josh began his solo career in 2023 with the release of “Wild Tonight,” and has since released other tracks including “Get Right,” “Sumaya,” and “Pakiusap Lang.”

Josh has recently performed at notable events, including the ROUND Festival 2024 in Korea and the GRAMMYs Global Spin Live. Additionally, SB19, the group he is part of, recently performed at the Billboard Korea’s Billboard K Power 100 event in Seoul and received the Voices of Asia Award. Their documentary, “PAGTATAG! The Documentary,” premiered in Philippine cinemas on August 28 and will be available for screening until September 1.
