In a move to expand its workforce, Transguard Group, a leading business solutions provider in the UAE, has announced plans to hire 1,000 motorbike riders for its operations. The recruitment drive, which begins on August 19, is open to applicants holding a UAE driving license issued on or before February 2024.
The roles come with a competitive package, including a fixed monthly salary of Dh1,500, additional overtime pay, and a fuel allowance of up to Dh300. Successful candidates will be provided with a company motorbike, mobile phone, SIM card, accommodation, medical insurance, visa, an annual flight ticket, and 30 days of paid leave.
According to a Khaleej Times report, open Days are being held at the company’s Jebel Ali 6 and Sonapur 11 accommodations from August 19 to 22, running from 8 AM to 1 PM daily. This recruitment initiative is part of Transguard’s broader strategy to bolster its transport services, following a similar hiring campaign for chauffeur drivers earlier this year.
Allan McLean, head of transport at Transguard Group, emphasized that this is a prime opportunity for experienced riders looking to join a well-established and reputable company in the UAE. Established in 2001, Transguard Group now boasts a workforce of over 61,000 employees.
