Actor Sandro Muhlach, accompanied by his father Niño Muhlach, officially lodged a rape complaint through sexual assault against two independent contractors at the Department of Justice (DOJ) on Monday. The complaint targets Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz, both independent contractors working with GMA.
Niño Muhlach expressed relief that the case had reached this point, stating, “Finally, we’ve arrived at this day where we can file the case, and soon, with the court hearings, justice will be served for Sandro.”
The respondents, through their lawyer, have categorically denied all allegations made by Sandro Muhlach.
