To combat the rising number of tyre bursts and fire accidents during the summer months, Abu Dhabi Police has rolled out a new initiative offering free inspections for light vehicles.
According to a WAM report, the free inspection service is available at 12 Adnoc Distribution service and vehicle inspection centres. The comprehensive check will cover vital components such as engine oil, brake fluid, coolant, and air filters.
This initiative aims to improve the safety of drivers and road users amid the extreme summer heat. This follows a similar program by Dubai Police, which is providing free car inspections until the end of August.
