Temperatures drop in Abu Dhabi and Dubai as cumulus clouds gather in eastern and southern UAE

Thick cumulus clouds are anticipated to develop in the UAE’s eastern and southern regions this afternoon, though it is uncertain if they will bring rain and hail like the previous day.

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) reported that today’s weather will generally be clear to partly cloudy, with low clouds covering the east coast this morning.

Temperatures are expected to be lower than recent days, with highs of 46 degrees Celsius in Abu Dhabi and 44 degrees Celsius in Dubai.

Humidity levels will increase this evening and continue to rise until Friday morning in some coastal areas.

Winds will be light to moderate, potentially becoming active and reaching speeds of up to 40kmph. Both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman will experience light waves.
