A resident of Dubai, identified as Bianca, recently reported an incident of two puppies being locked out on a balcony in a residential building.
Concerned for the welfare of the animals amidst the city’s heat, she promptly filed a complaint with the building’s watchman and brought the matter to the attention of Dubai Municipality.
Bianca took to her Instagram to share her concern, attracting a flurry of reactions from netizens. Many expressed their outrage, emphasizing the need for stricter animal welfare laws in the region.
One comment read, “The owner should get a strict penalty for such actions. People dumping their cats and dogs outside in this heat, GOD’S WATCHING YOU! We need stricter laws!”
Another netizen was even more direct in their opinion, stating, “The parents of these poor animals should be penalized heavily & put in a mental correction facility & educational program.”
Bianca has promised her followers that she will keep them updated on any developments in the case. As of now, the fate of the dog owners remains uncertain.
